Santos + Saleh brings together complementary backgrounds in design, construction, and architectural practice. Luciano Santos is a co-founder and principal of Santos + Saleh, with experience spanning custom residential, multifamily, commercial, and development projects throughout Florida and beyond. His background combines formal training in architectural design with hands-on experience in fabrication, construction, and project delivery, giving him a perspective that connects design intent with the realities of how buildings are assembled and built.
Luciano’s approach is centered on creating architecture that is clear in concept, responsive to its context, and carefully resolved from early planning through execution. His work emphasizes proportion, functionality, material expression, and constructibility, with particular attention to how individual design decisions contribute to the larger architectural composition. At Santos + Saleh, that perspective helps shape projects that are thoughtful, distinctive, and grounded in both design and execution.
Omar Saleh, RA, AIA, LEED GA
Co-Founder | Principal
Omar Saleh is a co-founder and principal of Santos + Saleh and a Florida-licensed architect with more than a decade of experience across residential, commercial, hospitality, civic, educational, and workplace projects. He earned his Master of Architecture from the University of South Florida’s School of Architecture and Community Design, building a career that combines architectural practice with an early hands-on background in construction.
Omar’s approach is rooted in the belief that strong design and technical resolution should reinforce one another. His work brings together conceptual clarity, constructibility, coordination, and a detailed understanding of how projects move from design into the built environment. At Santos + Saleh, that perspective helps shape architecture that is thoughtful in concept, disciplined in execution, and grounded in the realities of construction.
