A contemporary coastal residence organized around elevated living, vertical circulation, and a clear architectural expression.
Designed as a three-story coastal residence, the home places parking and service functions at grade while elevating the primary living spaces above. The vertical organization responds to the realities of coastal construction while creating a more deliberate relationship between the living areas, views, and exterior form.
At approximately 9,000 square feet, the scale of the home required careful control of proportion, roof forms, openings, and exterior articulation. The design was developed to read as one cohesive composition rather than a collection of stacked levels, with each elevation contributing to the overall architectural identity.
