A six-unit townhouse development designed around efficient planning, repeatable construction, and a cohesive residential identity.
Indiana Townhomes is a six-unit townhouse development organized around efficient unit planning, individual garage access, and a cohesive architectural expression. The project demonstrates how a repeatable residential model can be adapted to create an efficient and marketable multifamily development.
The design balances repetition with architectural variation, using changes in massing, roof forms, materials, and façade elements to give the development a cohesive but articulated character. Unit planning, circulation, parking, and consultant coordination were considered together to support an efficient and buildable solution.
