Not Another Film Lab’s Florida location was developed within an existing commercial shell, transforming an otherwise unfinished space into a specialized film-processing facility. The project required careful planning of the operational layout, customer areas, processing spaces, equipment, and supporting functions within the existing building.
The architectural work focused on organizing the interior around the specialized requirements of film processing while coordinating life-safety, building systems, permitting, and construction requirements. The result is a highly functional workspace that also creates a distinct environment for the company and its customers.
